HOW FIT DO YOU NEED TO BE?

A basic to good level of fitness is required. We take regular breaks, stop for plenty of photos and support each other. Bring your walking poles for extra support down steps. There are rails on some sections where there are stairs. The incline and declines are short, but steep for 50m only. The track can be unsteady in sections but we walk slow. We have seen 10 year olds to 75 year olds on this trail. You can do it!

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Day pack (large enough to carry 2L water, rain jacket, personal belongings)
  • Rain jacket

  • Sunscreen
  • 2-3L of water
