Suitable for all abilities for women in fairly good physical health. No experience or technical skills required. Adventures no greater than 2-4 hours.
Suitable for women who walk or train regularly and are in good physical shape. This is for women building experience and looking to develop skills and fitness in the activity.
Weekly adventure training is recommended, 2-3 days per week. Women should be in very good physical condition. These adventures require longer periods of endurance, strength and skill.
Experienced women only with specialised skills in the required activity. These include navigation and first aid. Adventures require an excellent level of fitness and adventure training at least 3-4 times per week. Adventures may last for more than 3-4 days.
