Women's Free ACT Hike Sunday 17th November

Canberra, Women Want Adventure has another free community hike for you to enjoy this November.

A fantastic urban walk on a bush trail in the middle of the city. Sitting around 60 or so metres below the Black Mountain summit, this well-established trail completes a circuit around the summit. While the trail is well established and easy, there are a steps and some occasional uneven, rocky ground. While it is definitely possible to do the walk in well supported/fitting walking/sports shoes lightweight hiking shoes/boots would be preferable.

Some great views across Canberra and also some interesting differences between the trees and shrubs on the eastern/southern side and the northern western side of the mountain can be observed.
