Get your nature fix and barely leave the city! But how you may ask?
At Women Want Adventure, we re about finding hidden gems, right in your backyard. The Bundeena to South West Arm is an absolute no-brainer for women who love kayak (or ready to give it a go) and eager to explore places only accessible via kayak.
You ll even get the chance to bask in the sun and swim in the picturesque Royal National Park water holes. We'll show you the spots!
Meeting at Bonnie Vale in Bundenna, NSW, your female guide will take you through a skills breifing before you jump (well step) into your double kayak to make your way up South West Arm. It s a 1.5 hour paddle before you find yourself on the banks having a cuppa, swim and a healthy bite to eat.
After bellies are full, we return back to Bundeena.
*Tides and wind may alter the course of the trip. Your guide will be in contact with you if any changes are in place.
*Please note: National Park Entry Fees are not included in your ticket.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about this trip.

So, what exactly is Women Want Adventure? Do I have to be a young, super fit, experienced adventurer to attend
Nope, you certainly do not. You can be a beginner to advanced (or anywhere in-between). Women Want Adventure is all about women coming together to try something new, make friendships, experience challenges, surprises and enjoyment of adventure. Our youngest member is mid 20 s, our oldest is 71, and 75% of women turn up individually.
Is there a minimum or maximum age limit?
All trips are for women over the age of 18 years. We don t have an age limit however, we encourage you to read the grading to ensure you are feeling fit and confident to complete the adventure.
What do I need to wear in the kayak?
Light shorts and an exercise top with swimmers under is best. A long sleeve top to help protect you from the sun is also advised. Hats with a draw string are helpful on windy days.
Do I need to be fit for this trip?
A minimal level of fitness is required. If you can walk around the block at home, you are more than capable of attending. Don't let your thought of "I'm not good enough" hold you back! We support and encourage all women. You will be in a double kayak which helps with the paddle effort.
What if it's raining?
Women Want Adventure trips still go ahead in all types of weather unless electrical storms. If it is very windy this trip may need to be postponed.
Can you help arrange my transport and travel?
Travel is by individual means only. We do not arrange group transfers. If requested by email, we can assist in connecting you with other women to arrange car-pooling options. However, due to Covid-19, we have not encouraged group sharing.
