Women's Pigeon House Mountain Day Hike Sunday 23rd May

Hobbies & Special Interest

Details

Pigeon House Mountain, Didthul in Morton National Park is a day hike that has it all.

Your hike begins in Milton where you ll meet your guide and fellow hikers before car pooling to the start of the Pigeon House Track (35 minute drive from Milton).

The track starts by winding up through the forest, before it opens up and you get a glimpse of sneaking views of sand-stone giants in the distance. After some fun ladder climbing to reach the plateau and top of Pigeon House, your breath will be taken away (and not just from the climb up) but by sheer rock faces and untamed views back into the Budawang region.

At the summit, we ll stop for a cuppa tea and a bite to eat with 360 views, taking our time to soak in the scenery before making our way back down.
