Women Want Adventure is proudly sponsoring this year's Gutsy Girls Adventure Film Tour because we LOVE supporting women in exploring this magical world, trying new things, challenging themselves, supporting each other, and having a blast.

Gutsy Girls is coming to Canberra for a night of screenings at the National Film & Sound Archives. It's a fantastic evening out, and if you're unsure who to come with, come with us!

The Gutsy Girls Adventure Film Tour features a unique selection of films of varying lengths and styles, covering topics relevant to women in the outdoors who are fearlessly pursuing adventure.

The Gutsy Girls Adventure Film Tour showcases the most inspirational, heartwarming, and entertaining films celebrating women in adventure from independent filmmakers around the globe. It's the perfect night out to feel inspired and ready to jump into your own adventures.

The lineup is incredible, including a stunning film featuring Samantha Gash in Nepal (a great one for anyone coming to Nepal with us!) and a crazy, funny, and inspiring film about Erika Lori running the Bibbulmun track. There's also a 10-minute naked ski film that's a lot of fun and carries a powerful body positivity message, a short mountain biking film, and a climbing film. It's guaranteed to be a laugh!

We've arranged a dinner location within walking distance of the screening venue, so after grabbing a bite and catching up with new or old friends, we can stroll over together.

Why register for dinner?

We need to book a room or large table for everyone, so it helps us to know how many to reserve.

Can I turn up by myself if I don't know anyone?

Yes, of course! We designed these nights for you to meet other women. It's a great opportunity to connect before even considering going for a hike or walk and meet others who are interested in outdoor activities like these.

Can I turn up on the night last minute?

Yes, absolutely. We still ask that you register, but if you're a last-minute kind of woman, we'll find you a seat!

Do I have to have attended a trip with Women Want Adventure to come to the social night?

Of course not! Many women only come to the social nights and not the trips. We love adventure, but we also love connecting women. Come along!

Can my daughter join?

Yes, she is most welcome. Please keep in mind that the community is for women over 18 years old, with an average age of 45 years. If she wants to sit with the "oldies," of course!

Does Women Want Adventure take bookings for Gutsy Girls?

No, we are a separate company. You will need to make sure you make your booking through their website. We simply support the films, and registering for dinner does not guarantee you a ticket for the movies. Please ensure you secure your movie ticket separately.
