    Grading

    Grading: Easy

An easy trip is suitable for women who are new to adventure and want to get outside (but start off a little gentler) while the trips are slow and have breaks, it’s still an adventure so a basic to good level of fitness is required. You will still be in the elements and moving your body.

    FAQ

Our wonderful and experienced guides are trained to support you on your trip. Our kayaking and hiking actives are graded easy for this retreat. An easy trip still means you need to have a base level of fitness and mobility to get in and out of a kayak and paddle 8km.

Our hike is not hard and can be completed within a couple hours. We suggest you’re someone who enjoys walking and getting outdoors.

We can never control the weather, so sometimes a little wind may make the paddle more of a “huff!”. You will feel great you have moved your body and will be able to unwind in the yoga classes to follow.

Feel free to contact us if you are concerned about your personal fitness level or an injury.

The thing that I found great about this weekend is that I came by myself and met some amazing women I'm now catching up with who live close to home. I loved the kayaking and the food was incredible - just what I needed for a little "pick me up". Thank you Mon and Sophie
