FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Minors (persons under the age of 18 years) will need to be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) during the day unless Women Want Adventure approves otherwise. The rock climbing day is not suitable for all minors so parents or guardians must consult Want Want Adventure about whether the trip is appropriate for them prior to booking.

Do many women attend individually?

Yes. Over 70% of women who book trips with us come on their own. We are a very supportive and welcoming group so please, don t be shy!

I have my own climbing shoes and harness, can I bring these?

Yes. We will safety check your equipment on the day and make sure they are the right fit for our activity.

I m not very fit and I m afraid it could be too hard. What if I can t climb?

The benefits of the Blue Mountains is there is a variety of walls to climb for all experience levels. Allie will support you to start small and work on your skills. There is something for everyone on the day.
