T he trail

The trail makes it's way up Thorp Road, meeting the main fire trail which follows the water pipeline. After the first 1.5km, we take a left turn to loop around the fire trails, twisting through bushland either side before reaching camp Wanawong. From here, the trail forms a single track as it descends slightly toward Thorps Creek before we ascent up the steps toward Woronora River Cemetery, a great trail which overlooks Woronora River. We then make our way back down toward the park, completing a bushland loop - now ready for a coffee if you choose at the Boatshed.
