ABOUT:

This is an easy to moderate bush walk through the beautiful Heathcote National Park. We will be walking on a section of the Bullawarrang Track via the Kingfisher Pools. It's a 50 minute walk (1.3km) to the Pools where we will have a short break (perhaps a little swim) before embarking on the remainder of the loop.

Expect to be walking on loose rocks, dirt and bush scrub, and occasionally manoeuvring around boulders. Good base level of fitness will make this walk enjoyable, however it is not hard and will be comfortably completed in 2 hours.

We will stop for a break/morning tea by the pool. At Women Want Adventure our aim is to not only empower and connect women through outdoor adventure, but conserve the environment in which we explore. Please bring a plastic bag with you for your own rubbish and any rubbish we see on the way to collect and hike out with us.
