When heading outdoors, we don't always have someone to go with or know where to start. That's where Women Want Adventure comes in. Despite running most local adventures in NSW, the WWA community is coming to Victoria to bring women together on day hikes, overnight treks and overnight canoeing trips.

The Surf Coat is a great location for our free community walk and a chance to get to know women who like to get outdoors. We'll cover Point Addis to Anglesea section of the Surf Coast Walk.

This trail takes in all the colours of the coast - vivid ochre cliffs, brilliant blue ocean and dappled green heathland. See kangaroos, wallabies and wildflowers amongst low, wind-stunted forest. The walk begins at Point Addis (home of the elusive Rufous Bristlebird if you are a birdwatcher) taking us along the beach for 800mts before winding up and over the coastal heath along formed tracks. It is a one-way walk with a car shuffle from Anglesea to get us to the beginning at Point Addis.
