We'll begin our adventure in Bundeena, a beautiful suburb located in southern Sydney. Our guide will meet you at Bonnie Vale, where you'll receive a skills briefing before stepping into the double sit-on-top kayaks. The crystal-clear waters of South West Arm will be your playground as we journey upstream, soaking up the stunning views of the Port Hacking River along the way.
As we kayak, we'll take a break to explore hidden gems that are only accessible by water, giving you a chance to swim, relax and enjoy a cup of tea. Our experienced guide will be on hand to show you the best spots and share some interesting facts about the area.
After our break, we'll paddle for another hour or so before stopping for a delicious lunch. This is the perfect time to refuel and enjoy some great company.
Once we've had our fill and maybe taken a refreshing dip, we'll make our way back to Bundeena, timing our return with the tides. Keep in mind that tides and winds may change the course of the trip, making the paddle more challenging at times. But don't worry, your guide will adjust the trip to suit the group and weather conditions, ensuring you have an unforgettable experience.
Please be aware that the ticket price does not include National Park Entry Fees.

It s best to wear shorts or tights with a t-shirt or long sleeve shirt (rash shirt) in the kayak with either undies or swimmers underneath. We stop at morning tea time and often go for a swim.
Can this be my first time kayaking? Yes, we have many women who join our trips as first-time kayakers. However, we do ask that you have a basic level of fitness as this adventure involves moving and paddling with the tides and winds. Your guide will teach you the basic kayaking skills you need for the trip.
Can I attend on my own? Absolutely! Most of the women who attend our trips come alone and don't know each other before the adventure.
What is the average age of women who attend your trips? On average, women who attend our trips are around 45 years old. However, women of all ages between mid-30s to mid-60s are welcome to join our adventures.
