Women's Kayaking Day: Port Hacking Sunday 10th March

Travel & Outdoor

Details

If you're eager to experience the great outdoors and try something new, this kayaking day is perfect for you.

We'll begin our adventure in Bundeena, a beautiful suburb located in southern Sydney. Our guide will meet you at Bonnie Vale, where you'll receive a skills briefing before stepping into the double sit-on-top kayaks. The crystal-clear waters of South West Arm will be your playground as we journey upstream, soaking up the stunning views of the Port Hacking River along the way.

As we kayak, we'll take a break to explore hidden gems that are only accessible by water, giving you a chance to swim, relax and enjoy a cup of tea. Our experienced guide will be on hand to show you the best spots and share some interesting facts about the area.

After our break, we'll paddle for another hour or so before stopping for a delicious lunch. This is the perfect time to refuel and enjoy some great company.

Once we've had our fill and maybe taken a refreshing dip, we'll make our way back to Bundeena, timing our return with the tides. Keep in mind that tides and winds may change the course of the trip, making the paddle more challenging at times. But don't worry, your guide will adjust the trip to suit the group and weather conditions, ensuring you have an unforgettable experience.
