A m I fit enough for this walk?

The Kiama Coast Walk is rated as a more introductory trip, but does involve a longer stance (12km) of walking along beaches, grassy farmland, roads and sections of sock. It is therefore graded moderate, although there are many easy sections of road walking. We therefore recommend 1-2 hours of good cardiovascular exercise 2-3 times per week as part of your routine when undertaking a walk like this. Remember the fitter you are the more this will enhance your enjoyment and experience.
