Meeting location: Meet in the park just outside the Skydive Sydney Centre (Stuart Park, next to Lagoon Seafood Restaurant) at 7.45am. There is parking on Cliff Road at this meeting point

WHAT TO BRING:

• Sunscreen
• Hat
• Water bottle (1L capacity)
• Walking clothes/shoes
• Money for coffee or a snack at North Gong afterwards
• Rainjacket if it looks like rain!

About: At Women Want Adventure we connect women who enjoy spending time in the outdoors. This year, we re focusing on building networks in the Wollongong and NSW South area. If you re new to our community or looking to join a supportive, encouraging and welcoming women's group, this is a great opportunity.

Come down and meet for a leisurely walk by the beach and meet new friends. This walk is suitable for all fitness abilities. We will venture on the nature trail through Puckey's Estate, coming back to North Wollongong on the beach in time for a coffee. A fun, relaxing way to start your Sunday and get outdoors!

Q&A

Do I need to register? Yes. We would like to know how many women to expect on the day. Thank you.

How old are women in the community? Women age ranges from mid 20 s to late 60 s. We are not a community for young girls.

How fit do I need to be? We welcome all fitness levels for this free Meet Up. Some of our other trips that are more involved can require regular walking and some training, great motivation!

Does this event cost money? No. We host free community events from time to time to help connect women in local areas. Bring some money for coffee.

What if it rains? Our trips still go forward in the rain except electrical storms. If there event is canceled you will receive an email and call from us.

I can t get a baby sitter, can I bring my baby in a pram? Yes. This walk is suitable as we are on the path. It is a very relaxed style Meet Up. Unfortunately babies cannot attend our other trips (just yet).
