This river is teaming with life. It s not uncommon to see massive flocks of Cockatoos and Galahs, Cormorants fishing and Koalas munching in the trees above.

Our camp for the night will be Wilsons Beach. This location is a gorgeous white sandy beach and the best part is this location is only accessible by water.

Once women have set up their tents and bedding, afternoon tea will be served with delicious array of cheese, crackers and local smoked salmon.

Women are encouraged to explore our sandy beach home, take a swim to cool off or let the day slip away with a book in one of our hammocks.

Dinner will be served around 6:30pm, your guide Lauren is passionate about food and her specialty dishes include beef bourguignon, Hungarian beef casserole or Southern style pulled pork. She is also a keen musician and will happily play a tune with a little prompting.

After a restful sleep, women will wake at 7:30am (if the birds don t wake them at 5am), and start the day right with fresh coffee, loose leaf tea, oats and fruit.

We will aim to be on the water by 9:30am for a relaxing meander paddle into Tocumwal. We will stop for lunch at 12:30pm and should arrive back at Tocumwal around 2:30-3pm.

Women can expect to take home canoe paddle skills, on water navigation skills, history of The Mighty Murray, a bunch of new friends, an unforgettable experience and a new found confidence to embark on their own adventures.
